These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cascient Automations (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our services, accessing our systems, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

Cascient Automations provides CRM access, automation setup, and related software-based services, including but not limited to the Automated Lead Intake System, as described in the service documentation linked at checkout.

Services are limited strictly to the scope outlined in the applicable service description. Any work outside the defined scope may require additional fees.


2. Setup & Onboarding

Setup Start

Setup work begins once:

  • Payment is received, and

  • The required onboarding intake form is completed

Until both conditions are met, setup has not started.

Access Requirements

You agree to provide timely access to required platforms (via admin invite or approved access method). Cascient Automations does not collect passwords through intake forms.

Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or lack of responsiveness may extend delivery timelines.


3. Fees & Payment

Setup Fee

  • A one-time setup fee is charged at purchase.

  • The setup fee becomes non-refundable once setup work begins.

Monthly Subscription

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance.

  • Subscription fees may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing; previously billed periods are not refunded.

All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Setup fees are refundable only if setup work has not yet begun.

  • Once setup begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are not prorated.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.


5. Client Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to grant access to all systems provided

  • All information you submit is accurate and lawful

  • Your use of our systems complies with all applicable laws, including marketing and messaging regulations

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of messages sent through your systems

  • Compliance with SMS, email, and consumer protection laws

  • Proper use of CRM and automation tools


6. No Guarantees

Cascient Automations does not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead volume

  • Conversion rates

  • Business outcomes

Our services provide systems and tools; results depend on factors outside our control.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cascient Automations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days

Use of our services is at your own risk.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payment fails or is reversed

  • Services are used unlawfully or abusively

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of setup fees already earned.


9. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and configurations created by Cascient Automations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the systems during your active subscription.


10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
